We're closing our rooms for the holidays and some necessary building works, but you can still keep up with us over the summer break.

The Society will be closed from Tuesday 26 November 2024 until late February/early March 2025. This is due to building works commencing in the Brighton Town Hall, during which our rooms will not be accessible. You can read more about the building closure here on the Bayside Council website.

In the meantime, you can keep up with all our news, stories and local history snippets both here and on our Facebook page - and if you're a current member, our Summer edition of the Journal will soon be in your mailbox (or inbox).

Messages will be checked at regular intervals.
